Sol Lipshitz is an accounting and audit partner at Anchin. He has spent his entire professional career in public accounting, working closely with high net worth individuals and their families, privately held businesses, and clients in various industries, with a specialty in apparel and textile.

Sol's commercial practice focuses on the accounting, tax planning and business consulting for companies needing advice with strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, workouts for distressed companies, and business dispute resolution. He routinely assists clients in identifying and securing the right financing and equity for their business.

Sol is a member of both Anchin Capital Advisors LLC and Anchin Wealth Management LLC.

In addition, Sol also chairs the firm's Mergers and Acquisition Practice Group. Throughout his career, he has negotiated the acquisitions and sales of businesses on behalf of clients, while performing the due diligence work, evaluating the business's strengths and weaknesses, reviewing the financial and business terms of the legal documents, developing tax structures, and advising management on the required integration of the businesses. He has participated in transactions of all sizes.

Sol has lectured before bankers, attorneys, and other business owners and professionals on issues affecting company strategies relating to shareholder and family relationships.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
