Jim Burns is an accounting and audit partner at Anchin with nearly 30 years of experience in public accounting. He handles a diverse group of clients, concentrating in the construction and financial services industries. His clients include investment partnerships, broker/dealers, and general and specialty contractors.

Throughout his career, Jim has lectured on various accounting topics to middle market entrepreneurs, industry organizations and the credit community.

Jim is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), the Subcontractors Trade Association (STA) and the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce.
