Stephen is a director of audit and tax services in the firm’s Financial Services Practice area. Stephen specializes in a wide array of financial services entities including domestic and offshore funds, master-feeder funds, fund of funds, mutual funds and investment advisors. He has over 20 years of experience in advising investment companies and privately held companies, in a wide variety of industries.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
